Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 30 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, postal service backlogs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and displayed before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Incorrect Address
